Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
NLX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address or for packages refused by the recipient.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged shipments, photographs of the packaging and product may be required.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.

- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
How to Start a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, cjdropshipping will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.
