Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available after the carrier receives the package.
International Shipping
NLX proudly ships to many countries worldwide. However:
- Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their local government.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
- If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
- NLX is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or package receipt.
- If the item arrives damaged, please include photos of the packaging and the product to help us investigate and resolve the issue.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in locating or resolving the shipment issue whenever possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation or modification before your order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These may include:
- Severe weather conditions.
- Carrier service interruptions.
- Customs inspections or import procedures.
- High seasonal demand or holidays.
- Events outside of our reasonable control.
NLX is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or external events beyond our control.
